I'm planning to travel for 6 months starting in early 2025 and would like to rent out my charming apartment during that time. it's Located near Altona Rathaus, it offers stunning views of Altona Balkon Park and the Elbe River. you can reach in just a 10-minute walk to both Altona train station and Königstraße, the apartment has two rooms smaller one is already occupied. Here I'm renting the bigger rooms 40+ m2 ( if u wonder why it's big, it's indeed two rooms separated by an arch as u can see in the pictures, it's so big having those sofas, my working desk and a library, still kinda half empty, so u will have a lots space with a access to the big balcony and view to the harbor!), currently there is a sofa bed there but if u want you can have a bed. There is also a possibility to extend the rental period as I may be relocating for work afterwards.
