Ich werde aus beruflichen Gründen nur ca. 3 Nächte pro Woche in Hamburg sein. Die restliche Zeit hast du die Wohnung ganz für dich. Dir stehen zwei unmöblierte Zimmer mit jeweils ca.12qm zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung, Küche und Bad nutzen wir gemeinsam.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mitten in Hamburg Altona. In unmittelbarer Umgebung sind zahlreiche Bushaltestellen, der Bahnhof Altona (ICE, Regio, S-Bahn, Bus) ist fußläufig in 4min erreichbar. Auch einige Supermärkte, Geschäfte, Bars und Cafes, Kulturangebote, der Altonaer Balkon, der Elbstrand und vieles mehr laden zum Verweilen ein.
Ich freu mich auf ein angenehmes und freundliches WG-Leben. Allerdings werde ich voraussichtlich nicht besonders viel Zeit in der Wohnung verbringen, sodass du dich eher auf eine Zweck-WG oder nur seltene gemeinsame Zeit einstellen solltest. Mir ist es trotzdem wichtig, dass wir uns jederzeit mit Respekt begegnen.
Bei der angegebenen Gesamtmiete (800€) handelt es sich um eine Inklusivmiete (inklusive WLAN, Strom, Heizung,...).
