Geräumiges Zimmer in schöner altbau Wohnung. Da ich komplett ausziehe würde ich bis auf meinen Schreibtisch und eventuell einer Kleiderstange alles mitnehmen. Das Zimmer ist somit unmöbliert, was für die kurze Zeit natürlich unpraktisch ist, allerdings nicht anders geht.
Die Lage ist überragend. Man hat eigentlich alles in laufweite und ist direkt am Alma-Wartenberg Platz, der mit vielen Bars und Kiosken punkten kann.
Es werden 2 Zimmer frei und du würdest mit Hung zusammen wohnen. Allerdings sucht Hung auch nach einer neuen Wohnung und würde eventuell. früher ausziehen. Da die Wohnung nicht die größten Gemeinschaftsräume hat, macht man eher nicht so viel zusammen, freut sich aber immer über ein Gespräch in der Küche oder auf der Terrasse. Ansonsten waren wir aber auch viel außerhalb der Wohnung zusammen unterwegs.
Das Zimmer ist wie gesagt unmöbliert und befristet bis zum 31.12.2024 und es besteht leider keine Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung.
