Sehr helles Zimmer in 91qm-Wohnung, hohe Decken, Dielenboden (sanierter Altbau). Wohnküche, Duschbad mit WC, Gäste-WC. 2. Etage, kein Balkon, aber der Donnerspark und Fischerpark und Elbe/Övelgönne in 5-10 Min. Fußweg. Die Wohnung befindet sich parallel zur Elbchaussee. Cafés, Restaurants etc. um die Ecke. Ich bin die Hauptmieterin (52, nette Lehrerin) und wohne mit meiner Tochter (18, ruhig und nett) zusammen. Ein Zimmer möchten wir gerne an berufstätige Frau untervermieten.
Wir sind entspannte Menschen, die es schon auch ordentlich mögen. Gemeinsames Kochen, Kaffeetrinken gerne mal. Meine Tochter geht noch zur Schule, ist zum Sommer fertig.
