Dein Zimmer liegt ruhig nach hinten zum Innenhof und verfügt über Bett, Schrank, Kommode. Bei Bedarf kann auch ein höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch in dein Zimmer gestellt werden.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Sie liegt im 4.OG Altbau (ohne Lift) und ist schön hell, einen Kabelanschluss gibt es nicht aber für Internet ist gesorgt.
Die Wohnküche ist ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle und hat einen Küchenbalkon.
Die Lage ist top: S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle sind in unter 5 Gehminuten erreichbar, der nächste Supermarkt liegt nur eine Straße weiter und bis Ottensen Zentrum sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss.
Parken ist wie überall in Hamburg ein Thema, aber insbesondere mit kleinen Autos findet man hier immer einen Platz.
Wenn wir mal zusammen kochen, schnacken oder etwas unternehmen ist das schön, aber es ist kein Muss - so, wie es passt.
Haustiere mit Fell können nach Absprache mit einziehen. Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung, auf dem Balkon kann hin und wieder geraucht werden - nur bitte keine Kettenraucherei.
Das Zimmer wird befristet für einen Monat vermietet.
