ich bin der Vermieter einer kleinen 2er-Mädels-WG, in der ab Anfang Juli ein Zimmer neu vermietet werden soll.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 11 m² groß, ist mit Laminat-Fußboden ausgestattet und möbliert mit einem Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl, Regal und Bett (mit Matratze und Bettsachen). Diese Möbel können und sollen gerne kostenfrei genutzt werden.
Diese Zwei-Zimmer-Einliegerwohnung gehört zu einer größeren Maisonette-Wohnung in einem Hochhaus ganz oben mit toller Aussicht. Nachdem man mit dem Fahrstuhl bis ins oberste Stockwerk gefahren ist, muss man noch über die Treppe ein Stockwerk höher gehen, dort hat die Wohnung einen eigenen Eingang.
Die WG liegt direkt am S-Bahnhof Thesdorf. Thesdorf ist ein Stadtteil von Pinneberg, einer Kleinstadt am nordwestlichen Stadtrand von Hamburg, liegt aber im normalen Großbereich des Hamburger Verkehrsverbundes HVV (Ringe AB) und ist gut an Hamburg angebunden: Die S-Bahn fährt meist alle 10 Minuten und braucht dann ca. 10 Minuten nach HH-Eidelstedt und HH-Stellingen, 20 min nach HH-Altona, und ca. 30 min bis zum Bf. Dammtor (Uni) und in die Hamburger City.
Gut zu erreichen sind also der Hamburger Westen und die Hamburger City sowie Wedel, Rellingen, Prisdorf, Tornesch, Schenefeld, Halstenbek, Elmshorn usw.
Ein Rewe-Markt befindet sich ca. 150 m von der WG entfernt, ein Aldi ca. 250 m. Eine Bäckerei ist sogar direkt unten im Gebäude.
Die angezeigte Karte ist leider falsch. Es gibt offenbar auch eine Diesterwegstraße in Hamburg. Aber hier ist die Diesterwegstraße in Pinneberg gemeint.
Deine Mitbewohnerin wäre dann Mengyu (w, 24, Studentin an der Uni Hamburg) und ihre Katze.
Die Miete ist warm und pauschal, das heißt da ist alles drin (z.B. W-Lan-DSL-Flatrate, Nebenkosten, GEZ etc.).
Die Kaution beträgt 600 €.

I am the landlord of a shared flat on the top floor of a high rise, with a free furnished room available from July 1st. City registration in Pinneberg is possible.
The apartment is located directly at the S-Bahn station Thesdorf, in the northwest of Hamburg, a little town called Pinneberg, from where you can get in 20 minutes to Hamburg-Altona or in half an hour to the city center of Hamburg (University, central station). The train goes mostly every 10 minutes. Within the building there is a nice bakery, and 150 meters away there are supermarkets (Rewe and Aldi).
The room has a fantastic view and is furnished with a wardrobe, a desk with a chair, a shelf and a bed with a mattress and bed clothes.
Your flatmate will be Mengyu (female, 24, student at Hamburg University) and her cat.
The rent is alltogether and final, the deposit is 600 €. A WiFi internet flatrate is included.
Unfortunately, the map shown is wrong. There is apparently also a Diesterwegstraße in Hamburg. But here the Diesterwegstraße in Pinneberg is meant.
