Das Zimmer hat eine Dachschräge ab 1,60 m. Die Wohnung ist hellhörig.(ausgebauter Dachboden). Deswegen ist gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme sehr wichtig. Das Zimmer hat einen kleinen Vorraum, der gemeinsam genutzt wird.
Die WG hat ein gemeinsames Bad und eine kleine Küche.
Zur Zeit ist das Zimmer bewohnt. Auf den Fotos sind die Räume vor dem Einzug zu sehen.
Die Adresse ist der Vorderdeich. Zum Bus „Allermöher Kirche“ sind es 10 min zu Fuß. Genaue Hausnummer gebe ich dann bei ernsthaftem Interesse raus. Fahrrad fahren ist hier wichtig, da der Bus zur S-Bahn nicht zu jeder Zeit fährt. Die Adresse besitzt aber gute Autoparkmöglichkeiten.
Ich lebe bewußt-ökologisch und engagiere mich in einem Gartenprojekt in der Nähe. Ich bin auch öfters unterwegs. Ich ernähre mich sehr gesund und fahre viel Fahrrad. Mir ist ein respektvoller Umgang mit Mitmenschen und Umwelt wichtig und wünsche mir, dass wir eine offene und ehrliche Gemeinschaft sind. Wir können gemeinsam Probleme in der WG angehen und lösen.
Es gibt eine steile Treppe zur Wohnung in der 1. Etage. Guter LTE-Empfang.
