Dear tenants,
I am looking for someone to take over my room between February 4 - 18 while I go on vacation.
The room has approximately 15 sqm including a cute balcony. As you can see in the pictures, the room has a queen size bed, a desk, chair, heater and a wardrobe with plenty of space. From the room, you can see the Elbpark Entenwerder and the Elb. The internet connection in the room and throughout the apartment is very good.
The room is located on the 4th floor of Billwerder Neuer Deich 25 in Rothenbursort.
The bus stop towards the city center is located 3 to 5 min by foot. There is an ALDI 5 to 7 min by foot and a NETTO approximately 12 min by foot.
Very close by, approximately 2/3 min by foot, there is the Elbpark Entenwerder, perfect for a run or walk. From there, you can also enjoy the beautiful Elb River.
The apartment itself has 3 other bedrooms, all of which are currently occupied. The apartment has one fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, one of which has a shower. There is a washing machine, dishwasher and clothing racks for the tenants to use free of charge. In the basement of the apartment there is also a room where you can keep your bicycle.
