Hey everyone!
I would like to swap my beautiful room in a shared flat in a prime location in Hamburg’s Grindel quarter for a comparable room in Hamburg.
The reason for that is that I moved to Hamburg a few months ago and temporarily rented a room in my girlfriend's shared flat. However in the long term I want to build up my own social environment.
The room is 16 square metres, has ceilings around 4 metres high, stucco and nice wooden flooring and is also extremely cheap.
The apartment is very large (the room is one of six), has two bathrooms and a nice kitchen.
In exchange, I would like a comparable room in terms of location (Schanze, Altona, Pauli, Grindel, etc.), size, price (under 500€) etc.

Ich würde gerne mein wunderschönes WG-Zimmer in bester Lage im Grindel eintauschen gegen ein vergleichbares Zimmer in Hamburg.
Hintergrund ist, dass ich vor ein paar Monaten nach Hamburg gezogen bin und erstmal provisorisch ein WG-Zimmer in der WG meiner Freundin gemietet habe, langfristig aber nochmal mein eigenes soziales Umfeld aufbauen will.
Das Zimmer ist 16qm groß, hat ca. 4m hohe Decken, Stuck und Fischgrät-Parkett und ist auch noch extrem günstig.
Die Wohnung ist sehr groß (das Zimmer ist eins von sechs), hat zwei Bäder und eine schöne Küche.
Im Tausch dagegen hätte ich gerne ein vergleichbares Zimmer was Lage (Schanze, Altona, Pauli, Grindel, etc), Größe, Preis (unter 500€) etc. anbelangt.
Schreibt mir gerne, falls Ihr Interesse habt, und wir uns gegenseitig unseren WGs vorstellen können!
Die Wohnung ist an der Grindelallee, 2min zu Fuß vom 5er/4er, 8min vom Bf Dammtor, und 15min. vom Bf. Sternschanze. Also egal, ob man in die Schanze, Pauli, Altona oder Hafencity will, man ist in unter 20min da.
Wir sind 6 Mitbewohner und prinzipiell eine Zweck-WG, allerdings gucken wir regelmäßig zusammen Filme, essen zusammen und gehen fast jeden Tag Tischtennis spielen und öfters zusammen feiern. Es ist also jedem Mitbewohner freigestellt, sich eher zurückzuziehen oder auch ein ganz familiäres WG-Leben zu leben.
Wir haben außerdem auch einen Putzplan (sonst klappt es mit 6 Mitbewohnern nicht so gut).
