Hi,
das freie Zimmer hat ungefähr 20 Quadratmeter und den Blick zum Innenhof. Es ist relativ Hell und halb eingerichtet (Bettrahmen, Schreibtisch, Kommode & Kleiderständer - der Rest auf den Fotos des Zimmers ist von meinem aktuellen Mitbewohner).
Meiner Meinung nach ist die Lage perfekt. Hier, zwischen dem Rothenbaum, Grindel und Harvestehude ist es sehr ruhig, aber nicht langweilig. In weniger als fünf Minuten ist die Bahn zu erreichen. Zehn Minuten braucht man bis zur Alster und zwanzig bis zur Schanze. Die Innenstadt liegt irgendwo dazwischen.
Falls Du Student an der Uni-Hamburg bist... brauchst du ebenfalls nur fünf Minuten. Sportcentren, Supermärkte und Restaurants sind auch in jede Richtung gut erreichbar.
Ich suche keine Zweck-WG, jedoch habe ich feste Universitätszeiten und mache mehr oder minder jeden Tag Sport. Daher brauche ich zum Teil Fokus. Also suche ich jemanden der nicht jeden Tag Party machen möchte. Zumindest Hauspartys. Cool wäre es natürlich, wenn wir ab und an zusammen kochen oder einen trinken gehen.
