we're giulia and tohar, both 29 years old, and we're looking for a flatmate for our beautiful apartment in st. georg, right in the heart of hamburg and super close to the hbf.
the apartment is freshly renovated and super well connected thanks to its location near hbf. it's got a spacious living area and a huge, comfy kitchen that we love cooking in. i'm vegetarian and giulia mostly eats veggie or vegan, but we're not strict about it. there's also a cozy office/guest room where we both work and study.
the place has a small WC and a bigger bathroom with a bathtub, so all in all, it's a pretty spacious setup.
we're offering the room initially for a sublet, but we're flexible with the dates. if you need a longer period, we can definitely talk about it. and after the sublet, there would also be the possibility of something more long-term - we are happy to talk about this in person.
we’re both working and studying at the moment, and we're musicians who enjoy cooking, chilling, exploring the city, and sometimes partying. we're internationals in hamburg but both of us speak german as well.
