Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer Person, die meinen Platz in einer entspannten 2er WG einnimmt. ☺️

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Neubaus und ist eine WG für 2 Personen. Das offene Wohn- und Esszimmer ist sehr groß, gemütlich und grenzt an einen Balkon. Es gibt zwar keinen Fernseher, dafür haben wir einen Beamer, der sich für Serien und Filme wirklich gut macht. Die Küche hat einen Geschirrspüler, das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne sowie eine Waschmaschine.

Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.

We are looking for someone to take my place in a relaxed shared apartment for 2 people. ☺️

The apartment is on the ground floor of a new building and is a shared apartment for 2 people. The living and dining room is very large and borders on a balcony. There is no TV, but we do have a projector that is really good for series and films. The kitchen has a dishwasher, the bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine.

The room is rented unfurnished.

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt in St. Georg, der Hauptbahnhof, sowie die Innenstadt und die Lange Reihe sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Es befinden sich auch genügend Supermärkte (Kaufland, Lidl, etc.) in der Nähe.
Außerdem gibt es diverse Bus- sowie U-Bahnhaltestellen, von Hauptbahnhof aus kann die S-Bahn und der Fernverkehr erreicht werden.

The apartment is located directly in St. Georg, the main train station, the city center and the Lange Reihe are within walking distance. There are also plenty of supermarkets (Kaufland, Lidl, etc.) nearby.
There are also various bus and subway stops, and the S-Bahn and long-distance trains can be reached from the main train station.

Da ich Ende Februar aus der WG ausziehen werde, suchen wir eine entspannte Person, die diesen Platz einnimmt. 🌞
Dein Mitbewohner ist ein sympathischer Dude und kommt aus Frankreich, daher spricht er Englisch, Französisch und Italienisch. Er ist berufstätig und Manager im Edmondo, daher kocht er sehr gerne und gut (was positiv für dich ist, glaub mir) und ist für entspannte Filmabende und gemütliches Trinken immer zu haben.
Freunde einzuladen ist bei uns in der WG gar kein Thema. ☺️

Since I'm moving out of the shared apartment at the end of February, we're looking for a relaxed person to take that place. 🌞
Your roommate is a nice dude and comes from France, so he speaks English, French and Italian. He works and is a manager at Edmondo, so he loves to cook and is good at it (which is good for you, believe me) and is always up for relaxed movie nights and cozy drinks.
Inviting friends is not an issue in our shared apartment. ☺️
