Hi there!
I am subletting this very nice and comfortable room in my apartment in St Georg. The exact length of the contract can be discussed. The room is fully furnished. It is very bright thanks to its two big windows and it is also very quite as it looks to the backyard.
The apartment is located in a beautiful old constructed building (Altbau) with wooden floors, plenty of light and very stylish. There are in total 4 rooms + kitchen in around 90 m2.
About myself: I´m 47 years old and originally from South America. As I have a place in the countryside 2 hours away from Hamburg, I´m not frequently in the apartment. When I´m here, I´m normally with my 9 year old son. He´s lovely and very charming =)
You other roommate would be a guy from Argentina (30 years old). He works in a very cool restaurant, is very tidy and he loves cooking together :)

The apartment is located in the beautiful and lively Lange Reihe in St Georg. It is hard to find a better location than this one.
The main train station and therefore all S-Bahn and U-Bahn lines are 10 minutes walking distance and the 6-bus stops almost at the door. City bike stations are also just a few meters away. From here you are in a few minutes anywhere in the city.
The Alster lake, plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, all very close from here.
