Das zu mietende Zimmer ist nach Osten ausgerichtet, so dass man morgens von der Sonne geweckt wird. Es befindet sich auf der unteren Etage einer Maisonette Wohnung, gleich neben der Eingangstür zur Wohnung und dem Bad mit Badewanne und separater Dusche. Von hier aus führt eine Treppe in den hellen Wohn-Ess-Bereich, wo sich auch unsere Büro-Ecke befindet. Terrassen auf beiden Seiten laden im Sommer zum Sonnenbaden ein.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen der Schanze und der Reeperbahn und ist dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Die nächsten U-bahn Station ist die Feldstraße und in ca. 8min zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort befindet sich auch die Rindermarkthalle, in der man alles finden kann, was man zum Leben braucht. (Lebensmittel etc.)
Wir sind Josephine (41), Diemo (44) und unsere Tochter Ava Leni (7). Wir sind in kreativen Branchen freiberuflich unterwegs und wünschen uns MitbewohnerIn, die sich gut in unsere Familienwohnung integrieren wollen. Wir erwarten nicht, dass man täglich am Abendessen zusammmensitzt, wollen aber auch nicht, dass man sich garnicht sieht. Wir reden gern und legen Wert auf gute Kommunikation und klare Regeln.
