Ich vermiete ein Zimmer (16qm) meiner 2 Raum-Wohnung. Die gesamte Wohnung hat etwa 65m². Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch). In der Küche sind, Kühl,-und Gefrierschrank, Herd, Waschmaschine sowie Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne und mit guter Duschmöglichkeit ausgestattet. Zur U-Bahn Station St.Pauli (U3) sind es etwa 10 Min. und zur S-Bahn Station Reeperbahn etwa 2 Min. Fußweg. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Reeperbahn und Fischmarkt und ist trotz unmittelbarer Nähe zur Reeperbahn in ruhiger Lage und nicht mitten im "Party Rummel". In den Nebenstrassen gibt es ein paar nette Bars und Restaurants und wenn man es möchte natürlich auch das volle Programm auf dem Kietz. Außerdem sind der Hafen und Planten und Bloomen gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Reeperbahn und Fischmarkt und ist an dem schöneren und vor allem ruhigen Ende der Reeperbahn gelegen. Zur S-Bahn Reeperbahn sind es gerade mal 2 Minuten und zum St.Pauli Bahnhof ca. 10 Min zu Fuß!
Parks und Hafen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
