ich bin der Vermieter einer kleinen 2er WG am S-Bahnhof Thesdorf. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei möblierten Zimmern, einem Duschbad, einem Flur und einer kleinen Küche. Die Wohnung befindet sich ganz oben in einem gepflegten Hochhaus (alles Eigentumswohnungen) mit toller Aussicht auf die Skyline von Hamburg. Nachdem man mit dem Fahrstuhl ins oberste Stockwerk gefahren ist, muss man allerdings noch ein Stockwerk höher über die Treppe gehen.
Das Zimmer hat ca. 11 m² und ist mit Laminat-Fußboden ausgestattet, möbliert mit einem Ikea-Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, einem Regal und einem Bett (samt Matratze und Bettsachen). Diese Möbel gehören zum Mietangebot des möblierten Zimmers, können und sollen also gerne kostenlos genutzt werden.
Die Miete von 500 Euro ist warm und pauschal, das heißt da ist alles drin (z.B. W-Lan-DSL-Flatrate, Nebenkosten, GEZ etc.).
Die Kaution beträgt 800 €.

the landlord of a small two room apartment at the S-Bahn station Thesdorf. From the S-Bahn station you can get in 20 minutes to Hamburg-Altona or in half an hour to the city center of Hamburg / University. The S-Bahn goes mostly every 10 minutes.
This apartment is on the top floor of a well maintained high-rise with a fantastic view.
The room is furnished with a wardrobe, a desk with a chair, a shelf and a bed with a mattress (including bed clothes).
This shared flat is located in the northwest of Hamburg, a little town called Pinneberg. Within the building there is a nice bakery, and a few walking minutes away there are two supermarkets (Rewe and Aldi).
Your flatmate will be Anastasiia (female, 18, studying at Studienkolleg Hamburg).
The rent is final, no additional costs, the deposit is 800 €. A WiFi internet flatrate is included, a washing machine is available, city registration possible.
Die WG befindet sich in einem gepflegten Hochhaus (alles Eigentumswohnungen) direkt am S-Bahnhof Thesdorf, welcher noch im Großbereich vom HVV (Ringe AB) liegt und zu Pinneberg gehört, einer Kleinstadt am nordwestlichen Stadtrand von Hamburg. Die Anbindung an Hamburg ist mit der S-Bahn sehr gut.
Die S-Bahn fährt meist alle 10 Minuten, und braucht dann ca. 20 Minuten nach HH-Altona, und 30 min bis in die Hamburger City (Dammtor/Uni oder Hauptbahnhof).
Auch Wedel, Rellingen, Prisdorf, Tornesch, Schenefeld, Halstenbek, Elmshorn usw. sind gut zu erreichen.
Ein Rewe-Markt befindet sich ca. 150 m von der WG entfernt, ein Aldi ca. 250 m. Eine Bäckerei ist sogar direkt unten im Gebäude.
Deine Mitbewohnerin wäre Anastasiia (w, 18), die gerade am Studienkolleg Hamburg studiert.
