Das Zimmer ist in einer 3 Zimmer Wohnung mit vollausgestatteter Küche mit Esstisch und einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne.

Since our roommate is moving, we are looking for a new tenant for his room. It is 13 square meters and furnished. There is a bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair in the room. The room is in a 3-room apartment with a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Die Wohnung liegt im grünen Stadtteil Veddel. Zwischen den Elbbrücken und Wilhelmsburg liegt das kleine Viertel. Die S Bahn Station ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dort fahren die S3 und S5. Harburg ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu erreichen und der Hauptbahnhof in 10 Minuten. Der nächste Penny liegt etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Außerdem befindet sich gegenüber des Hauses ein kleiner türkischer Markt. Ebenso ist ein Kiosk gegenüber, einige Cafes und ein Dönerladen. Veddel bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Spazieren oder Fahrrad fahren, da es direkt am Wasser gelegen ist.

The apartment is located in the green district of Veddel. The small district is located between the Elbe bridges and Wilhelmsburg. The S-Bahn station is a 3-minute walk away. The S3 and S5 trains run there. Harburg can be reached in about 15 minutes and the main train station in 10 minutes. The nearest Penny is about 10 minutes away on foot. There is also a small Turkish market in front of the house. There is also a kiosk , a few cafes and a kebab shop. Veddel offers many opportunities for walking or cycling as it is located right near the water.

Zilan arbeitet an einer privaten Universität in Hamburg .
Ich, Isabel arbeite zur Zeit in einer Eisdiele und nebenbei als Alltagshelferin für Senior*innen.
Ich würde uns als offenene, herzliche Menschen beschreiben. Wir beide brauchen oft unsere Ruhe sind aber auch offen für gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Außerdem ist uns Kommunikation für ein nettes Miteinander sehr wichtig.

I, Isabel, currently work in an ice cream shop and also as a daily helper for seniors.
I would describe us as open, warm people. We both often need our peace and quiet, but we are also open to doing activities together. Communication is also very important to us in order to get along well with each other.
