Hey,
ich vermiete mein Zimmer in einer WG unter. Zwei wichtige Infos vorab:
Es wird unmöbliert vermietet (auch wenn auf den Bildern Möbel zu sehen sind).
Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.
Wenn es um die genauen Ein- und Auszugsdaten geht, frag mich einfach – da können wir sicher was arrangieren.
Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist 17 m² groß, also ziemlich geräumig. Wie gesagt, es wird nicht möbliert vermietet. Die Wohnung ist in gutem Zustand und hat so ziemlich alles, was man braucht: Backofen, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine ... Einen Gemeinschaftswohnraum gibt es leider nicht, aber das Zimmer ist groß genug, um bis zu 6 Leute zum Essen einzuladen – hab ich schon öfter gemacht!
Die Miete beinhaltet Wasser, Heizung und WLAN. Die Nachbarn sind freundlich und ruhig.
Du könntest möglicherweise danach dort bleiben, aber die Miete liegt dann bei 660 Euro, und du müsstest von der Vermietungsfirma ausgewählt werden. Ich senke die Miete wegen der begrenzten Mietdauer.

The room is 17m2, so quite large. Again, it will not be furnished.
The flat is in good condition and has pretty much everything you’d want : oven, washing machine, dishwasher… There is unfortunately no living room but the room is large enough to invite up to 6 people to eat as I’ve done!
The rent includes water, heating and wifi. The neighbors are kind and quiet.
You could possibly remain there afterwards, but the rent is 660 euros, you would have to be selected by the renting company. I am lowering it because of the limited period.
Das Zimmer liegt im Norden von Wilhelmsburg, im wunderschönen Reiherstiegsviertel, direkt am Stübenplatz. Es gibt mehrere coole Restaurants, Cafés und Läden in der Nähe, und samstags findet um die Ecke ein Wochenmarkt statt.
Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in 15 Minuten durch den alten Elbtunnel an den Landungsbrücken. Die nächste S-Bahn-Station (Veddel) ist 7 Minuten mit dem Rad oder bequem mit dem Bus erreichbar. Von dort bist du schnell am Hauptbahnhof oder Richtung Süden in Harburg.
Aldi, Lidl und Edeka sind alle innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The room is located in the north of Wilhelmsburg, in the beautiful Reiherstiegsviertel district, right by the Stübenplatz. Several cool restaurants, cafés and stores in the street nearby and a food market every Saturday right at the corner of the street.
Within 15 minutes of biking you reach Landungsbrücken through the old Elbtunnel.
The closest S-Bahn is 7 minutes away by bike (Veddel) or conveniently reached by bus. This then takes you quickly to the central station, or south towards Harburg.
Aldi, lidl and Edeka all within 10 minutes of walking.
In der WG wohnen Batucan (27), der gerade sein Grafikdesign-Studium abschließt, und Francesca (30), die an ihrer Promotion in alten Sprachen arbeitet. Beide sind freundlich, entspannt und manchmal für einen spontanen Plausch oder ein gemeinsames Essen zu haben. Batucan geht regelmäßig ins Fitnessstudio und kocht gerne!
Es gibt einen Putzplan, der wöchentlich wechselt.

You will live with Batucan (27), finishing his graphic design studies and Francesca (30) on her PhD in ancient languages. They are both friendly, relaxed and sometimes up for a random chat or eating together. Batucan goes to the gym regularly and likes cooking!
There is a cleaning program : the person responsible for the cleaning changes every week.
