In 2-10 Min Fußweg erreichst Du eine Bücherhalle, Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Budni Penny, diverse Restaurants, und Cafes.
Der Deich in der Nähe lädt auf einen Spaziergang ein. In 15 min Fußweg erreichst Du den Inselpark mit vielen Spaziergang- und Laufmöglichkeiten.

Right around the corner is a bus stop - # 13 (Mannesallee and Vogelhüttendeich). With it you can reach the S-Bahn (Veddel or Wilhelmsburg)
or
you take the ferry #73 towards "Landungsbrücken"
or
you take the bike road through "Alter Elbtunnel" towards St. Pauli which takes about 15-20 minutes to get on the other side.
Within 2-10 minutes you can find groceries at Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Budni Penny, different restaurants, und Cafes and a little local library (Bücherhallen).
To have nice walks you find the dike & Elbe as well as the "Inselpark" very close by.

I am looking for a flat sharing mood that is comfy, mindful and honest. The vision is to have a communication on eye to eye level, aliveness in the flat, supporting each other and laughing together.
What I like and am working with is: art / music / festivals / intersectionality, feminism & allyship / bodywork / somatic practices / dance / community building / sustainability.
To feel comfortable at home I prefer cosy and clean shared spaces and ask the person that moves in to support that.
