Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin, die sich in meiner 4-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung mit ihren (Teilzeit)-Bewohnern wohlfühlt.
Das Zimmer ist 18 qm groß, gemütlich möbliert - mit einem Bett 120x200, einem sehr großen Schreibtisch, Sessel, Kommode, Regal und Kleiderständer. Die Wohnung und auch das Zimmer hat einen schönen Holzboden sowie Stuck. Natürlich vermiete ich es es mit Bad- und Küchennutzung. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und hat ein großes Fenster zum Eppendorfer Weg. Die Mietdauer wäre mit 6 Monaten ideal - danach schauen wir alle gemeinsam, wie es weiter geht. Nicht selten wurde es doch mal länger.
Ich wohne hier meist allein, bin oft aber auch mal nicht da. Ein weiteres Zimmer bewohnt im Moment eine sehr nette Studentin im Praktikum (22 Jahre) Ich bin offen und kommunikativ und freue mich über ein nettes Miteinander - aber oft bin ich auch mit Job und meinem zweiten Zuhause in der Heide ziemlich beschäftigt. Da ich Asthmahabr ist Rauchen nicht gewünscht und es sind leider auch keine Haustiere möglich.
