Hi! My name is Julia :) we are currently looking for a nice female roommate in our WG to lend a room (11 square meters) for a period of 6-7 months.

The room is partially furnished. You will have a single bed, a wardrobe, and a desk available 😇. The total price (510€) inlcludes a small contribution for this furniture, utility costs and the Internet. The bed should be however bought separately for 90€.
The room faces a backyard, so it‘s silent.
The registration (ANMELDUNG) is possible.

In the common areas you‘ll have everything you need: a washing machine in the bathroom, a microwave and an oven in the kitchen, vacuum cleaner and a drying rack. All can be used. You will also have a place for your bike in a shared garage.

The renting period can be possibly prolonged. This will be a subject to discussion with the Hauptmieterin.

The flat is located near the S Bahn station Veddel. You can either take a walk from there (around 20 mintutes) or take a bus 13, which runs every 5 minutes on working days. The bus will take you straight to the entrance door in about 7 minutes. Alternatively, you can take a bus to U Elbbrücken, which will take you a bit longer (around 15-20 minutes).
Nearby you‘ll have Edeka, Lidl, ALDI, Budni. All within 5-7 mintues of walking. You can also enjoy numerous cafes, bakeries, and small shops.

Apart from you, there are 2 girls in the flat :) we appreciate friendly attitude to each other, like spontaneous kitchen talks, and go out sometimes from time to time.
However, we also respect each other‘s privacy and common rules of shared flats (e.g. quite hours, cleanliness, shared costs for the things for household). We speak both German and English, but also Albanian and Persian.

The rental period is limited and starts on the 1st of February and ends on the 1st of August (this can be discussed further with a Hauptmieterin, Elena).
The registration in the flat is possible!

The monthly payment is 510€.
