Das Zimmer ist zu einer verkehrsberuhigten Einbahnstraße gelegen. Es hat ein komfortables Queen-size Bett und ist komplett ausgestattet. Ein Schreibtisch kann bei Bedarf hinzugefügt werden. Dazu gibt es natürlich noch das sehr große Wohn- und Esszimmer, sowie die Küche und das Bad. Vom Wohnzimmer aus gibt es direkten Zugang zum XXL-Balkon mit Blick auf den Garten mit Pool.
Electricity, water, heating, internet as well as a washing machine and dryer are included in the rent as a flat rate.
The room is located on a traffic-calmed one-way street. It has a comfortable queen-size bed and is fully equipped. A desk can be added if required. Of course there is also the very large living and dining room, as well as the kitchen and the bathroom. From the living room there is direct access to the XXL balcony overlooking the garden with pool.
Direkt gelegen am Modezentrum (Modering) bietet sich eine exzellente Busverbindung an. Auch die U2-Station Niendorf Markt ist schnell erreichbar per Bus oder Fahrrad/Roller/... Zur Frohmestraße mit seinen Geschäften, Restaurants und anderen Angeboten sind es nur 5 Gehminuten. Zum Wassermannpark mit seinen Grünflächen und Wiesen sind es auch nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Autobahn A7 ist mit dem Auto in 2 Minuten erreicht. Dank des Modezentrums gibt es überhaupt keinen Autobahnlärm zu hören.
Es handelt sich hier um eine absolute Neugründung. Die Wohnung wurde in der Vergangenheit als Ferien- und Airbnb-Wohnung genutzt. In den letzten 2 Jahren hat eine junge Familie (2 kleine Kinder) in der Wohnung gewohnt welche nun berufsbedingt umziehen wird. Es ist grundsätzlich jeder willkommen - nur müssen wir uns natürlich vorher ganz kurz kennenlernen...
