Ich biete mein Zimmer in einer 3er WG in Altona-Nord / Sternschanze zur Untervermietung ab dem 01.07.24 bis zum 30.09.24 an da ich in Berlin für paar Monate wohnen werde.
Das Zimmer ist 14 m² groß und hat zwei großen Fenstern und sehr schönen Dielenboden.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, zwei Kühlschränke, Herd, Backofen. Also alles vorhanden ;) Sie hat außerdem einen kleinen Balkon mit Tisch und Sitzplätzen.

I am offering my room in a shared flat for 3 people in Altona-Nord / Sternschanze for subletting starting from 01.07.24 to 30.09.24 as I will be living in Berlin for a few months.
The room is 14 m² and has two large windows and very nice floorboards.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need: Washing machine, dishwasher, two refrigerators, stove, oven. So everything is there ;) It also has a small balcony with table and seats.
Die WG befindet sich ganz in der Nähe der Sternbrücke. Also zentraler geht es nicht! Die S-Bahn Station Holstenstraße ist zu Fuß nur eine Minute entfernt. Außerdem liegt die nächste Bushaltestelle direkt vor unserer Haustür (Linien 3,15,20,25.) Supermärkte (Edeka, Lidl, Denns etc.) sowie Bars, Clubs und Restaurants sind alle in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Sankt Pauli und Schanzenviertel sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

The shared flat is very close to the Sternbrücke. So it couldn't be more central! The Holstenstraße S-Bahn station is just a minute's walk away. The nearest bus stop is also right on our doorstep (lines 3,15,20,25.) Supermarkets (Edeka, Lidl, Denns etc.) as well as bars, clubs and restaurants can all be reached in a few minutes. Sankt Pauli and Schanzenviertel are within walking distance.
Du wirst mit Paul und Felix zusammenleben :) Paul ist 26 und hat Automation studiert und schreib grade seine Masterarbeit. Felix ist 33 und hat Biologie studiert. Er arbeitet als Wissenschaftler an einem Forschungsinstitut.
Wir wohnen seit fast 3 Jahren zusammen und die Atmosphäre in der WG ist sehr gelassen.

You will be living with Paul and Felix :) Paul is 26 and has studied automation and is currently writing his master's thesis. Felix is 33 and studied biology. He works as a scientist at a research institute.
We have been living together for almost 3 years and the atmosphere in the shared flat is very relaxed.
