The room is approximately 15 square meters and features a beautiful wooden floor. It is furnished, but you are welcome to decorate it to your taste.
The shared flat includes a spacious kitchen with a comfortable sofa and plenty of room to relax. The hallway also offers ample space, with a shared cupboard for jackets and shoes. Our washing machine is located in a storage room, which still has plenty of space, even for a guest bed.
The apartment also has a shared bicycle cellar where you can store your bicycle.
The room is available for rent from 01.08.2024 to 10.09.2024. The price of €760 covers the entire 41-day period.
The location is fantastic and couldn't be better! The apartment is situated directly between Feldstraße and Marktstraße in the Karolinenviertel, part of the St. Pauli district, right in the heart of Hamburg. Sternschanze is just around the corner, and the city center can be reached by public transport or bike in just a few minutes. The beautiful Planten un Blomen park is only a short walk away. The U3 and U2 stations are just a 3-5 minute walk from the apartment. Despite the central location, it is very relaxing and quiet, with minimal noise from cars and busy streets.
We are a flat share of three and are looking for a friendly new roommate. You'll be living with Nayeli and Valeria, both from Mexico. It's very important to us that we feel comfortable in our home and maintain a pleasant community atmosphere. We value cleanliness and tidiness.
