Herzlich Willkommen in deiner neuen WG im Herzen von Hamburg-Eimsbüttel!

Die 98 m2 Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock eines denkmalgeschützten Altbaus aus dem Jahr 1902 und wurde umfangreich saniert, d.h. du kannst dich auf frisch abgeschliffenen Dielenboden, zwei neue Badezimmer, z.T. abgehängte Decken mit stylischen LED-Spots, eine neue Küche, frisch gestrichene Wände, zwei neue Badezimmer und vieles mehr freuen.

Die Wohnung besteht aus 5 Zimmern, 2 Badezimmern, Flur und Küche.

Zum 1. Mai bzw. 1. Juni werden zwei Zimmer frei:

Ab 1.5. wird das insgesamt größte (und in meinen Augen schönste) Zimmer frei: Das Zimmer liegt nach vorne raus und verfügt über einen eigenen privaten Balkon (Gesamtfläche knapp 20m2 inkl. dem Balkon). Das Zimmer wird für 900 Euro zzgl. 50 Euro Betriebskostenvorauszahlung zzgl. EUR 20,-- für die Küche vermietet.

Ab 1.6. wird das direkt daneben liegende Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer liegt nach vorne raus und verfügt über insgesamt 16,33m2. Das Zimmer kostet 860 Euro zzgl. EUR 50,-- Betriebskostenvorauszahlung zzgl. EUR 20,-- für die Küche.

AUF WUNSCH IST ES MÖGLICH BEIDE ZIMMER AUCH MÖBLIERT ZU MIETEN. IN DEM FALL STEIGT DIE MIETE UM JEWEILS 50 EURO PRO MONAT.

Welcome to your new WG in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel!

The apartment has roughly 100m2 and is on the first floor of a beautiful old building. The apartment has recently been renovated and you can look forward to new bathrooms, beautiful wooden floors, a new kitchen, new bathrooms, freshly painted walls and ceilings with LED-spots.

The apartment has five rooms, two bathrooms, the corridor and a kitchen. Two of the rooms have wonderful balconies, where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the sun.

At the moment, we are looking for two rooms:

- From the 1st of May, the largest and most beautiful room of the apartment becomes available. The main attraction is the huge private balcony with a wonderful view of the beautiful Eimsbüttel. The total size is about 20m2 including the balcony. The room costs EUR 900,-- plus EUR 50,-- for the utility advance payment.

- From the 1st of June, the room next door becomes available, it has 16,33 m2 and costs 880 Euro plus EUR 50,-- for the utility advance payment.

Ich you want to rent the room furnished, the rent ist 50 Euros higher.

Die Lage der Wohnung kann man nur als perfekt bezeichnen: Zur U-Bahnstation Osterstrasse sind es keine fünf Minuten zu Fuß, Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs wie z.B. Supermärkte (Penny, Edeka), Apotheken, Cafés etc. befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, oder sind bequem nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt.

Die Fahrtzeit mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln von der nächstgelegeneren Ubahn in die Innenstadt (Gänsemarkt) beträgt 10 Minuten, bzw. zum Hauptbahnhof 12 Minute.

ENGLISH - LOCATION:
The location of the apartment can only be described as stunning: The subways station Osterstrasse is less than five minutes away by foot, supermarkets (Penny, Edeka), pharmacies, doctors, bakeries, coffee shops are also very close by or even in the building.

It takes 10 minutes to get to the city center with the subway and 12 minutes to go to the main train station.

Es handelt sich um eine 5er WG, die aktuell aus einem Franzosen und einem Deutschen und einem Vietnamesen besteht.

Hinsichtlich des Geschlechts und der Nationalität sind wir vollkommen offen, auch wenn wir aktuell einen Männer-Überhang haben.
