Dein Zimmer hat 20m2 und ist zum Kellinghusenpark gelegen mit Balkon vorm Fenster:)
Wir haben insgesamt 2 große zum Park gelegene Balkone und somit schöne helle Zimmer.
Den knapp 20m2 großen Flur mit Kamin haben wir zu einem Wohnzimmer umfunktioniert.
Ebenso bietet unsere große Küche Platz für gemütliche Kochabende.
Die Wohnung hat einen Aufzug.

Die Wohnung ist direkt am Kellinghusenpark in einer Seitenstraße zur Eppendorfer-Landstraße. Wir wohnen somit nur 3 Minuten von der U-Bahn-Station Kellinghusenstraße entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und alles was man braucht direkt vorm Haus.

Wir (Johannes (26) und Fiona (25)) sind zwei Studenten im Master. Die Wohnung haben wir Mitte Januar bekommen und sind somit immernoch dabei, unser Zuhause zugestalten. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen, finden es jedoch genauso wichtig, sich Zuhause zurückziehen zu können. Der übliche Kram wie Sauberkeit etc. gehört natürlich auch dazu.
Wir leben mit der super lieben Hündin Sæla zusammen, weswegen du natürlich mit Hunden kein Problem haben solltest. Demnach sind wir auch keine Party-WG.
