Wir (Hannah 23, Milo 21 & Lotta 21) bieten das größte Zimmer der WG zur Untermiete an. In dem Zimmer befindet sich ein Klavier, ein Bett & ein Sessel. Auf dem Balkon 2 Stühle & ein Tisch. Die große Klapptür in dem Zimmer ist nur Deko, dahinter befindet sich eine Wand.
Wir suchen eine Untermieterin für einen monat, dabei ist der ei Zug prinzipiell die ganze zeit möglich, sollte allerdings vorzugsweise schon vorm Oktober stattfinden. Sollten 2 Monate gebraucht werden, würde das nach Rücksprache auch gehen.
Das Zimmer geht zur Straße raus, hat aber sehr gut isolierte Fenster, sodass es leise ist wenn die zu sind.
Die kalte Miete (650€) beinhaltet auch alle Nebenkosten, es gibt also keine zusätzlichen Kosten.
Alles weitere sowie Fragen deinerseits würden wir bei einem persönlichen Kennenlernen besprechen. :))
