Das Zimmer hat sowohl morgens als auch Nachmittags Sonnenlicht und einen eigenen kleinen Balkon. Die Wohnung wurde 2019 komplett renoviert.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral direkt hinter dem IKEA in Altona. Edeka, Aldi und dm sind quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Die Elbe ist ebenso in 5 bis 10 min Fußweg zu erreichen wie der Altonaer Bahnhof. Auch die S Bahn Station Königstraße ist in 5 bis 10 min Fußweg zu erreichen.

Meine Frau und ich haben in der Wohnung vorher mit unseren beiden Söhnen gelebt, ziehen jetzt aber in in größeres Haus mit Garten um. Wir behalten eines der vier Zimmer der Wohnung für uns und werden auch gelegentlich noch in der Wohnung schlafen. Die übrigen beiden Zimmer sind bereits an eine andere Person vermietet, die hier fest wohnt.
