schön, dass du das hier liest.
Ich vermiete bis Ende November mein 17m2, helles Zimmer auf der Veddel.
Das Zimmer hat eine Matratze (ohne Bettgestell), eine Kommode, einen Schreibtisch, einen Spiegel sowie ein paar Pflanzen und ist ansonsten komplett leer geräumt - du hast also Platz in den Möbeln.
Mein Mitbewohner ist 28 Jahre alt und ein super netter Kerl. Er studiert Architektur in Buxtehude, ist meist sehr busy und schläft auch häufig in Buxtehude. Daher wirst du die meiste Zeit die Wohnung für dich allein genießen können.
Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar an der S Bahn Station. Von hier aus kannst du mit der S5 und S3 schnell in alle Richtig fahren.
Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist der Penny (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß) Ein kleiner Mini-Supermarkt, eine Apotheke sowie ein Kiosk ist ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an den Gleisen, durch die gut isolierten Fenster hörst du jedoch nichts.
