Das Zimmer ist ca 11,5 m² groß und kann auf Wunsch möbliert werden.
Ursprünglich ist die Wohnung keine WG, da meine Frau und ich hier zusammen wohnen. Allerdings hat sie momentan einen Job in einer anderen Stadt, weshalb wir die meiste Zeit dort verbringen – das heißt, du hast die Wohnung oft für dich allein.
Die Miete ist zunächst bis April 2024 befristet. Auch für kürzere Mietzeiten sind wir offen.

The room is ca 11.5 m² and can be furnished upon request.
Originally, the apartment wasn’t meant to be a shared flat, as my wife and I live here together. However, my wife has temporarily taken a job in another city, so we spend most of our time there – meaning you often have the apartment all to yourself.
The rental is initially available until April-2024, but we can discuss extending it. We’re also open to shorter rental periods.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Ecke von Langenhorn, mit okay Parkmöglichkeiten. Aldi ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die nächste Bushaltestelle in 5 Minuten und die U-Bahn-Station in etwa 15-20 Minuten.

The apartment is located in a quiet corner of Langenhorn, with decent parking options. Aldi is a 10-minute walk away, the nearest bus stop is 5 minutes, and the U-Bahn station is about 15-20 minutes away.
Es ist eine Zweck-WG.
Wenn wir da sind, können wir gern zusammen einen Film schauen, Tennis spielen oder etwas kochen. Grundsätzlich gibt es jedoch wenig typisches WG-Leben, da wir die meiste Zeit unterwegs sind.

The setup is for independent living, to each their own.
When we're around, we're happy to watch a movie, play tennis, or cook together. However, there isn’t much of a typical flatshare dynamic, as we’re away most of the time.
