Da ich bald ausziehen werde, suche ich ein/e Nachmieter/in!
Das 16qm2 Zimmer in einer 3-Zimmerwohnung ist relativ quadratisch aufgebaut wodurch es sehr geräumig ist, es ist mit einem Teppichboden ausgestattet. Es hat ein Fenster, welches auf eine Grünfläche zeigt mit Blick auf ein Fußballfeld. Das Zimmer wird unmöbiliert übergeben, gerne kann gegen eine Ablöse der Schreibtisch und der Stuhl übernommen werden.
Die Küche hat alles, Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen sowie Ofen, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher, welche gerne mitbenuzt werden können, du kannst aber gerne auch deine eigenen Geräte mitbringen. Spülmaschine gibt es keine, eine Waschmaschine steht in der Küche, Trockner gibt es keinen, die Wäsche kann im Wohnzimmer oder in der Abstellkammer aufgehangen werden.
Das Bad ist realtiv klein, aber es hat alles nötige, eine Dusche, eine Toilette und ein Waschbecken.
Das Wohnzimmer gehört den Mitbewohnern, kann aber auf Anfrage problemlos mitgenutzt werden.
Im Gemeinschaftskeller können Fahrräderer und andere Dinge aufbewahrt werden.

The 16 sqm room in the 3-room apartment is relatively quadratic, making it very spacious, and has a carpeted floor. It has a window that looks out onto a green area with a view of a football field. The room will be handed over unfurnished, but the desk and chair can be taken over for a fee.
The kitchen has everything, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, as well as an oven, microwave and kettle, which can be shared, but you are welcome to bring your own appliances. There is no dishwasher, a washing machine is in the kitchen, there is no dryer, the laundry can be hung in the living room or in the storage room.
The bathroom is relatively small, but it has everything you need, a shower, a toilet and a sink.
The living room belongs to the roommates, but can be shared on request without any problems.
Bicycles and other things can be stored in the shared cellar.
Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock eines Altbaugebäudes in einem Wohngebiet. Zu Fuß sind es drei Minuten zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, mit dem Bus sind es weitere fünf Minuten zur nächsten U-Bahn Station, der Hauptbahnhof ist mit dem ÖPNV in fünfzehn Minuten erreichbar. Edeka, Rewe sowie Lidl sind in zehn Gehminuten zu erreichen.
The apartment is on the third floor of an old building in a residential area. It takes you three minutes to the next bus stop by feet, another five minutes to the next subway station by bus, the central station is reachable in fifteen minutes with public transportation. The supermarkets Edeka, Lidl and Rewe are reachable in ten minutes by feet.
Die WG besteht aus einem jungen Pärchen, einem 24-jährigen Italiener und einer 25-jährigen Spanierin. Beide arbeiten bereits, weshalb man sich über den Tag meist nicht über den Weg läuft. Sonst sind sie oft unter sich, sind aber immer offen für Fragen und Anregungen. Beide sprechen Deutsch, bevorzugen jedoch Englisch.
Your roommates will be a young couple, a 24-year-old Italian and a 25-year-old Spaniard. Both are already working so you would not meet them a lot through out the day. Usually, they do not interact a lot with me but are open for questions and suggestions. Both speak German but they prefer English.
Du wirst wahrscheinlich als Untermieter aufgenommen. Dafür ist eine Haftpflichtversicherung und ein Einkommensnachweis (falls kein eigenes vorhanden, dann von Eltern oder Sonstigen). Einzug ist ab Mitte November oder Janaur möglich. Am liebsten würdest du mindestens sechs Monate bleiben, ist aber kein Muss. Wenn du interessiert bist, dann schreib mir doch eine Nachricht und erzähle ein bisschen über dich. Wir freuen uns :))
You will probably move in as a subtenant. A liability insurance as well as a proof of income (from you, your parents or others) is necessary. You can move in mid November or January. We would like you to stay at least six months but that us not crucial. If you are interested send me a message and tell me a little bit about yourself. We are looking forward to meet you :))
