Quiet and spacious room available for sublet for 2 months (December and January) in a 3-person shared WG in Eppendorf. Room is fully furnished with a bed, mattress, closet, table and chair. You will share the kitchen, bathroom and dining room with your housemates. The kitchen is fully fitted with stoves, oven, microwave and refrigerator. You will also have access to the washing machine and dishwasher. Wi-fi and heating fully enabled.

The WG is 2 minutes walking distance from the bus stop "Frickestrasse" using the 22 bus line. Many supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Penny, Kaufland) within 10 minutes walking distance. U-bahn station "Kellinghusenstrasse" (through U1 and U3) within 15 minutes walking distance. Beautiful Hayns Park also within 10 minutes walking distance.

You will share the WG with wonderful housemates, a PhD student who works at the university hospital and a retired woman. The house dynamic is very friendly and we each take turns in helping clean the WG. We are looking for a tidy, friendly and responsible housemate who wants a short-term accommodation for 2 months in Hamburg. There is no bias towards a particular age, but the subtenant must be able to show proof that they are able pay rent in a timely manner.
