Das Zimmer ist gut geschnitten und liegt zum Hinterhof, weshalb es ziemlich ruhig ist. Die Sonne scheint auch mal rein.
Die Wohnung liegt etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der S1-Station Hasselbrook entfernt. Auch die Busse 116, 261 und X35 sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr grün, nördlich befindet sich der Jacobipark, südlich der Hammerpark. Gerade im Sommer kann man viel Zeit dort verbringen.
Jan (22) sucht einen Mitbewohni, da die andere Mitbewohnerin und ich ausziehen. Jan studiert BWL dual an der NordAkademie. Er ist viel im Gym und gerne unterwegs, ist aber auch für gemeinsame Aktivitäten zu haben. Eine Party-WG ist es nicht, aber gegen einige Clubbesuche spricht bei Jan nichts.
Wichtig: Eure Eltern müssen den Mietvertrag unterschreiben!!
Da ich das Zimmer vor 3 Monaten komplett in Eigenleistung renoviert habe, würde ich gerne eine Ablöse von 400€ für das Laminat und sonstige Kosten haben.
