Dein neues Zimmer ist mit 12m² überschaubar, dafür haben wir ein riesiges, gemütliches Wohnzimmer, das allen zur Verfügung steht. Das Zimmer könnte möbliert (Kommode, Palettenbett, Kleiderstange) oder unmöbliert übernommen werden – je nach Absprache.

Der Balkon gehört natürlich auch dazu und lädt zu entspannten Momenten ein. Auch wenn er nciht der größte ist.

Unsere WG liegt direkt am Grünen Jäger, einem der absoluten Hotspots in der Schanze. Von hier aus bist du mitten im Leben – ob du Lust auf ein kühles Getränk, gutes Essen oder einfach den Vibe des Viertels hast. Die Anbindung ist top, und alles, was du brauchst, ist quasi um die Ecke!

Wir sind eine Berufstätigen-WG mit Paul (StartUp Manager) und Emilia (Tour Managerin). Paul ist arbeitet viel und ist häufig in Berlin, und Emilia reist beruflich viel, sodass es hier unter der Woche meist sehr ruhig und entspannt zugeht.

Am Wochenende ist aber gerne mal etwas los – Freunde kommen vorbei, man kocht zusammen, spielt Playstation oder Brettspiele und legt gerne mal ein paar fetzige Beats auf. Ja, wir sind extrem cool. :D

Wir mögen eine eher lockere Atmosphäre, und obwohl wir keinen Putzfimmel haben, sollte das Chaos nicht Überhand nehmen. Alles in allem: Eine entspannte, coole WG mit Platz für gemeinsames und individuelles Leben.
