Ich suche ein*e Nachmieter*in für mein sehr gemütliches und möbliertes Zimmer. Du kriegst es mit einem Bett inkl. Matratze, Lampe, Vorhängen, Schreibtisch und perfekter Stuhl um zu studieren, Rocking-Chair, Regalen und einem großen Schrank. Es ist sehr angenehm, da der Boden warm ist (Bodenheizung) und der Schreibtisch riesig ist!
Die Wohnung im allgemeinen ist sehr süß, mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche (Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Geschirr in Menge!). Du kannst deine Schuhe und Mäntel im Eingang lassen. Und im Sommer den Balkon geniessen!
Das Badezimmer ist sehr hell mit dem grossen Fenster.
Natürlich gibt es WLAN.
Die Wohnung ist etwas ausserhalb gelegen, in einer ruhigen Lage, aber trotzdem, gut angebunden.
Du bist Willkommen ab dem 12. Januar (aber man kann darüber Wiedersprechen und es ist flexibel.

I am looking for a new tenant for my very cosy and furnished room. You get it with a bed incl. mattress, lamp, curtains, desk and perfect chair to study, rocking chair, shelves and a big wardrobe. It is very comfortable as the floor is warm (underfloor heating) and the desk is huge!
The flat in general is very cute, with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and crockery in abundance!). You can leave your shoes and coats in the entrance. And enjoy the balcony in summer!
The bathroom is very bright with a large window.
Of course there is WLAN.
The flat is a bit out of town, in a quiet location, but still well connected.
You are welcome from 12th January (but you can talk about it and it is flexible).

Gute Verbindung mit Harburg Rathaus (Bus alle 10 Minuten) und somit S5 und S3 zu erreichen und direkt nach Hamburg Zentrum zu fahren.

Gerade leben wir Lincia (sie ist sehr nett und studiert Chemie Master in TUHH) und ich, da das letzte Mädchen unterwegs ist.
Wenn wir in der Wohnung treffen, haben wir offen Lust ein bisschen zu quatschen.

Right now we live with Lincia (she's very nice and is studying a masters in chemistry at TUHH) and me, as the last girl is away.
When we meet in the flat, we openly feel like chatting a bit.
Ich verlasse die WG auf Grund meines Studiums. Das Zimmer ist richtig angenehmen und sehr ruhig. Da das Haus am Ende einer Sackgasse ist, hört man die Autos nicht und fühlt sich richtig in der Natur. Wenn du den Bus auch ein bisschen mehr nimmst, kannst du einen schönen Wald erreichen und dort spazieren!

I'm leaving the shared flat because of my studies. The room is really pleasant and very quiet. As the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, you can't hear the cars and you really feel like you're in the countryside. If you take the bus a bit more, you can reach a beautiful forest and go for a walk there!
