Die Wohnung ist eine 2,5 Zimmer möblierte Wohnung mit einem großzügigen Eingangsbereich (gerade als Wohnzimmer genutzt, mit einer schönen großen Eckcouch) und einem kleinen Balkon. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum alltäglichen Leben bräuchte, wie Herd, Ofen, Geschirr. Ähnnlich ist das im Klo und Wohnzimmer. Dein Zimmer ist 16 qm und verfügt über einen großen Fenster. Es ist teilmöbliert. 2 große Eichen liegen direkt daraus, also im sommer kannst du dich über sonnige und grüne Aussicht. Bettgestell sowie Sessel sind vorhanden. Alles andere muss geschaffen werden, jenach gestalterische Bedarf.
The flat is a 2.5 room furnished flat with a spacious entrance area (just used as a living room, with a nice big corner couch) and a small balcony. It is equipped with everything you would need for everyday living, such as cooker, oven, dishes. Your room is 16 square meters and has a large window. It is partly furnished. 2 big oak trees are right next to it, so in summer you can enjoy the sunny and green view. Bed frame and armchair are available. Everything else has to be made according to your needs.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden: Bus, S- und U-Bahn Verkehr sind schnell zu erreichen (Zur Barmbeker Station sind es 10 min zu Fuß oder 5 min mit dem Bus). Außerdem gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Fuhlsbütteler Straße wie Edeka, Lidl, Rossmann, Bäckereien, Restaurants (bestes Sushi) und andere.

The flat is very well connected: Bus, S-Bahn and U-Bahn transport are within easy reach (to the Barmbek station it is a 10 min walk or 5 min by bus). There are also many shopping facilities on Fuhlsbütteler Straße, such as Edeka, Lidl, Rossmann, bakeries, restaurants (best sushi) and others.
Hadi ist 31 Jahre alt, arbeitet als Sounddesigner und produziert Musik. Er ist entspannt, gesellig und offen für gute Gespräche oder einen gemeinsamen Abend mit feinem Essen – es handelt sich also um keine Zweck-WG! Gleichzeitig legt er großen Wert darauf, dass jeder seine Ruhezeit und Privatsphäre hat – persönliche Grenzen werden respektiert und geschätzt.
Ordnung und Sauberkeit spielen eine große Rolle, das Putzen wird nach Gefühl gemacht, meistens aber alle ein bis zwei Wochen. Pflanzen sind ihm ebenfalls ein Anliegen, daher wäre es ein Plus, wenn du Freude daran hast, sie zu pflegen.

Zusätzlich zu dem Bett (ohne Matratze), das bereits zum Zimmer gehört, würdest du einen Schreibtisch (IKEA, Malm, 151x65 cm) mit Lampe und Schreibtischstuhl, anthrazitfarbene Plissees und ein kleines Regal mit Waschkorbaufbewahrung haben.
Außerdem ist eine Wand des Zimmers mittlerweile dunkelgrün gestrichen, die restliche Farbe ist im Keller vorhanden.
Der Zeitraum der Anmietung ist verhandelbar, mindestens aber 3 Monate.
