Das Zimmer liegt zur Straße hin und wird zunächst möbliert übergeben. (Möbel siehe Foto) Wahrscheinlich besteht aber auch die Möglichkeit der Übernahme (ohne Möbel).
Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit kleinem Balkon. Es gibt ein Keller Abteil, welches allerdings momentan noch voll gestellt ist und einen Fahrradkeller.

Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Eimsbüttel. Direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es einen Lidl und Aldi und die Osterstraße ist auch fußläufig zu erreichen.
Die Bus Station ist auch quasi vor der Tür und die U Bahn Station Lutterothstraße ca 8 Minuten zu Fuß die Straße runter. Ansonsten gibt es hier viele Cafés und Parks in der Nähe und die Schanze ist auch nur ca eine halbe Stunde zufuß entfernt.

Hey du,
ich heiße Jessica (sie/ihr) und bin 28 Jahre alt.
Momentan arbeite ich 4 Tage die Woche in einem second hand Laden und gehe ein mal die Woche zum Gesangsunterricht.
Ansonsten male ich auch gerne und schwinge am Wochenende auch mal das Tanzbein oder gehe auf Konzerte oder Demos und was mensch sonst noch so macht.
Und nun zu dir :)
Ich lebe Vegan und wünsche mir im Idealfall, dass du das auch tust. Mir ist Umweltschutz auch sehr wichtig und wünsche mir, dass du da ein ähnliches Bewusstsein für hast (Mülltrennung etc). Außerdem hab ich keinen bock auf Nazis und sollten da ähnliche politische Werte haben.
Zum sonstigen zusammen Leben würde ich noch sagen, dass natürlich auch mal gerne Freund*innen vorbeikommen können, aber ständige WG Partys gehen leider mit Berufsleben nicht so zusammen.
