Schöne Altbau WG mit hohen Decken und Parkettboden. Das WG Zimmer ist sehr geräumigt und hat viele Fenster, was im Sommer vor allem sehr schön ist. Das Zimmer ist vormöbiliert mit folgenden Möbelstücken:
1x Bett "Queensize" mit Matratze
1x Tisch
1x Stuhl
1x Regal
1x Stehlampe
Man hat eine Heizung die sehr gut funktioniert und auch einen Kamin im Wohnzimmer.
Die Lage am Eppendorfer Marktplatz ist top, man hat viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ist in 22-25 min in der Innenstadt. Man braucht nur 1 min zu der Bushaltestelle, die auch bis nach Altona direkt fährt und die nächste U-Bahn Station wäre Kellinghusenstraße oder Hudtwalckerstraße.
Der WG Mitbewohner ist berufstätig und macht ab und an homeoffice. Ihm ist sauberes und ruhiges Zusammenleben wichtig und man kann sich nett mit ihm unterhalten und zusammen kochen.
Die Mietzeit beläuft sich vorerst auf eine Probezeit von 3 Monaten, sofern alles in Ordnung ist kann man auf Absprache auch länger wohnen.
Für Studenten ohne Einkommen, gilt eine Bürgschaftpflicht.
