Schönes Altbau-Zimmer mit hohen Decken und einem Fenster.
Möbiliertes Zimmer, da Zwischenmiete :) Mit Hochbett. Jedoch werde ich natürlich Platz schaffen. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt. Wir haben noch ein „Wohnzimmer“ wovon ein Balkon abgeht (siehe letztes Bild).

Super Lage in der Sternschanze/Eimsbüttel.
Fußlöufig Rewe, Lidl und Oenny.
ÖPNV fußlöufog Sternschanze S-/U-Bahn und Schlump und Christuskirche U-Bahn U1/U3.

Wir wohnen hier zu 4 (Esther, ist die Vermieterin, sie ist so um die 60 Jahre alt, Frieder, ihr Sohn, 21 Jahre alt und dann noch Dominik, der ist so Anfang 30 und wohnt hier so wie ich als Untermiete :)). Generell machen wir jetzt nicht super viel zusammen und jeder/jede hat so ihren eigenen Alltag, aber wir quatschen natürlich mal in der Küche oder so und verstehen uns gut. Allgemein ist bei uns aber alles etwas ruhiger und ist ideal geigent für Personen, die eher ihrer eigenen Raum brauchen.
