Hi ich bin Paula und komm aus Hamburg,
ich bin zur Zeit in den letzten Zügen meines Masters in Urban Design an der HCU und bin gerade aus dem Auslandsemester in Estland wieder gekommen. Nun suche ich zum 01.03.25 eine*n neue*n Mitbewohni.
Das freie Zimmer ist 13 m2 groß und unmöbliert. Das Highlight ist eine Dachluke, die den Raum besonders hell macht. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmer, einem ziemlich großen Bad und einer Küche, in der man zusammen sitzen kann. Zudem gibt es noch einen kleinen Balkon, der an die Küche grenzt und auf dem man im Sommer auch schon mal einen Sonnenbrand bekomme kann. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit Kochgeschirr, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine :)
Ich bin eine kommunikative und herzliche Person und freue mich über ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis zu Hause. Ich kann mich gut mal in der Küche verquatschen, wenn Zeit ist mal gemeinsam kochen (vegetarisch oder vegan), ein Bier zusammen trinken oder mal gemeinsam was unternehmen. Da ich aber auch immer irgendwie viel zu tun habe kann ich auch gut für mich sein.
Eine Anmeldung mit Untermietvertrag ist möglich. Das Zimmer würde ich gerne erstmal für sechs Monate mit Aussicht auf Verlängerung vermieten, da ich noch nicht ganz sicher bin, wie es nach meinem Master für mich weitergeht.

Hi, I'm Paula and I'm from Hamburg,
I'm currently in the final stages of my Masters in Urban Design at HCU and have just returned from my semester abroad in Estonia. Now I am looking for a new flatmate from 01.03.25.
The free room is 13 m2 and unfurnished. The highlight is a window in the ceiling, which makes the room very bright. The flat consists of two rooms, a fairly large bathroom and a kitchen. There is also a small balcony adjoining the kitchen, where you can get sunburnt in summer. The flat is fully equipped with cookware, washing machine and dishwasher :)
I am a communicative and warm person and look forward to a friendly relationship at home. I can have a good chat in the kitchen, cook together (vegetarian or vegan) when there's time, have a beer together. But as I always have a lot to do, I can also keep to myself.
Registration with a subletting contract is possible. I would like to rent out the room for six months with a possibility of extending it, as I'm not quite sure about what will follow after my Master's degree.

Die Wohnung liegt in Altona-Nord an der Grenze zu Eimsbüttel. In wenigen Gehminuten befindet sich ein Rewe. Vor der Tür fahren mehrere Busse. Zur S-Bahn Holstenstraße sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß und ca. 10 Minuten zur U-Bahn Emilienstraße. Ebenso sind die Osterstraße mit Drogerien, Cafés und weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu erreichen.
