Hallo zusammen,
mein Zimmer in unser schönen 2er-WG in Altona/Bahrenfeld wird zum 01.04. frei! Wenn du Interesse hast, schreib gern ein paar Sätze zu dir und deiner Vorstellung einer Wg 🌞
Die Wohnung hat eine recht große, gut ausgestattete Küche mit (Schlaf-)Sofa und Tisch, und ausserdem einen schönen Balkon, der von Toms Zimmer abgeht. Im renovierten Bad mit Tageslicht gibt es eine Badewanne mit Dusche. Das Zimmer selbst wird unmöbliert und unbefristet vermietet.
Es könnte sein, dass Tom zum Sommer hin auszieht, und dass der Hauptmietvertrag dann in Absprache mit der Hausverwaltung übernommen werden könnte :) da steht aber bisher noch nichts fest
Die WG liegt relativ ruhig in Altona/Bahrenfeld, man ist allerdings ziemlich schnell in Ottensen, wo es alles gibt was man so braucht :)
Die Wohnung ist mit den S-Bahn-Stationen Diebsteich und Ottensen super angebunden, und man läuft 3 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle Schützenstraße, wo der 3er/X3er fährt. Der nächste Supermarkt (Kaufland) ist ca 5min zu Fuss entfernt ☺️
In dem anderen Zimmer wohnt Tom (24) (der hier bald auch noch was zu sich schreibt!), im Café nebenan arbeitet, sich gern mit Fotografie beschäftigt und sich ein entspanntes WG-Leben wünscht :)
