The apartment is located in the upper Eppendorf, very close to the UKE. You can find everything necessary like Edeka, Penny and DM etc. on foot at the Eppendorfer Marktplatz. In addition, there is 114 he who goes in one direction directly to the airport and to the other directly in front of the Faculty of Law at the University of Hamburg (Johnsallee). In addition, 12 minutes away from the apartment the U1 and at the Eppendorfer Marktplatz also drive 20s and 22s etc.

Zudem ist 12 min entfernt von der Wohnung die U1 und am Eppendorfer Marktplatz fahren auch 20er und 22er usw.

Zudem ist die Alster fußläufig. Im Sommer sind meine Freunde oft 5 min die Straße runter in die Alters zum SUP fahren gestiegen. 

If you were the right person for the WG, it would be that I am in Australia by the beginning of December and you would live here with another nice girl (which would live in my room) until I am back. 💕

Ich suche eine neue super coole Socke für meine 2er Wohnung. Da meine beste Freundin im am 14.07.2025 auszieht suche ich jemanden der eine nette WG sucht. Solltest du die Richtige für die WG sei, wäre es so, dass ich bis Anfang Dezember in Australien bin und du mit einem anderen netten Mädchen (die in meinem Zimmer wohnen würde) hier wohnen würdest, bis ich wieder back bin. 💕

Da wir nach Australien zusammenwohnen würden, wäre es mir wichtig, dass du verantwortungsvoll mit der Wohnung um gehst bist ich wieder da bin und ich dir vertrauen kann. Zudem würde ich mich freuen, wenn wir auf der gleichen Wellenlänge wären und vielleicht auch mal was zusammen machen könnten. Vielleicht findet man auch eine super Freundin, mit der man kein stupfes WG-Leben führt, sondern auch Spaß haben kann.

Mit wäre es wichtig, dass du offen wärst und auch ordentlich und sauber bist, da mir das echt wichtig ist.

Solles du Interesse haben würde ich mich freuen, wenn wir uns auch einmal privat treffen und vielleicht einen Kaffee trinken gehen, damit wir gucken können ob es matchet.

Der Mietvertrag wäre zudem ein unbefristeter Untermietvertrag. In der angegebenen Miete sind sowohl Wasser, Strom als auch WLAN enthalten.

The apartment is a renovated Eppendorfer old building apartment. Both floor and bathroom are new. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine that belongs to the landlord, but he left us there so that we can use it.
Also the neighbors in the house are very nice and in all ages. However, because of this we have to do without parties. Nonetheless, if you invite 4-5 friends, as long as it doesn't end up. But I've always done it great.


About me:

I myself am Lisa (21) and study law at the University of Hamburg in the 5 semester. I am very spontaneous and love meeting with friends and going to the gym. I often have friends to visit, which sometimes makes some life in the apartment. But everything is within limits. Should you move in here, I would also be happy to meet your friends. 💕

Die Wohnung ist eine saniert Eppendorfer Altbauwohnung. Sowohl Boden als auch Bad sind neu. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine, die zwar dem Vermieter gehört, er uns jedoch dort gelassen hat damit wir sie benutzen können.
Auch die Nachbarn im Haus sind sehr lieb und in allen Altersklassen. Jedoch müssen wir aufgrund dessen auf Partys verzichten. Jedoch steht nichts entgegen, wenn Du mal 4-5 Freunde einlädst, solange es nicht ausathet. Aber bei mir hat das alles immer super funktioniert.


Über mich:

Ich selbst bin Lisa (21) und studiere im 5 Semester Jura an der Uni Hamburg. Ich bin sehr spontan und liebe es mich mit Freunden zu treffen und ins Gym zu gehen. Ich habe öfter mal Freunde zu besuch, wodurch manchmal etwas Leben in der Wohnung ist. Hält sich aber alles in Grenzen ;)).
