Die Küche verfügt über eine hochwertige Einbauküche mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Speisekammer und Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Bad (mit Fenster) verfügt über eine Dusche und Badewanne!

I am offering a room in my shared 3-room flat. The flat is located in the top floor and was renewed in April 2018. The room will be rented with a wardrobe, bed and comfortable chair. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher and washing machine. The spacious bathroom has a shower and bathtub.
Mitten in der Schanze!
In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Rewe, Penny, Lidl und alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs.
Durch 3 Minuten Fußmarsch erreicht ihr die Station Sternschanze.
Solltest du eine Party-WG suchen, wirst du hier leider nicht glücklich. Im Haus ist es sehr ruhig, daher sollten wir die Nerven unserer Nachbaren nicht unnötig strapazieren :) Wichtig ist, dass wir uns zusammen wohlfühlen und ein gutes Gefühl miteinander haben.
Sauberkeit und Ordnung wird natürlich immer geschätzt. Notwendige Aufgaben werden erkannt und proaktiv gelöst (Müll rausbringen etc.) :)

if you are searching for a Party flat, you won't be happy here. The house is very calm, therefore we shouldn't stretch our neighbour's patience :) most important is that we get along with each other.
