Gemeinsam mit einer weiteren Mitbewohnerin teilst Du Dir ein großes Badezimmer mit Tageslicht, Badewanne, Dusche und WC.
Die offene, 16m² Wohnküche teilen wir uns alle. Sie ist vollständig ausgestattet mit Ofen, Mikrowelle, Induktionsherd, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühltruhe, Standmixer und Toaster.
Außerdem lädt das geräumige und gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit Heimkino und Kaminofen zum Entspannen oder lockeren Beisammensein ein.
Wenn du möchtest, kannst du im Garten dein eigenes Gemüse anpflanzen und dort die Natur genießen.
Im Keller kannst du die Waschmaschine und im Winter den Trockner benutzen. Zwei Wäscheständer können ebenfalls genutzt werden.

The spacious room with a view of the front garden offers everything for a comfortable stay: It is fully furnished with a bed, a modern wardrobe with a mirror, a large desk, desk chair, bookshelves, a cozy armchair, and parquet flooring. Together with two other roommates, you'll share a large bathroom with natural light, a bathtub, shower, and toilet.
The open 16m² kitchen is shared by all of us. It is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, induction stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, blender, and toaster.
In addition, the spacious and cozy living room with a home cinema and wood stove invites you to relax or enjoy casual gatherings.
If you wish, you can plant your own vegetables in the garden and enjoy the outdoors.
In the basement, you can use the washing machine and, during the winter, the dryer. Two drying racks are also available for use.

Die Bus- und S-Bahn-Station Halstenbek ist in 3 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dort fahren die S-Bahnen der Linie S3 und die Busse der Linien 184 und 185. Wer Richtung Hamburg unterwegs ist, ist in 18 Min. mit der S-Bahn in Altona und in 25 Min. am Dammtor.

The Halstenbek bus and S-Bahn station is just a 3-minute walk away. From there, you can catch the S-Bahn lines S3 and buses 184 and 185. For those traveling towards Hamburg, it takes 18 minutes by S-Bahn to reach Altona and 25 minutes to Dammtor.

Wir, die drei aktuellen Mitbewohner:innen, identifizieren uns mit einem gesunden und nachhaltigen Lebensstil, einer guten Work-Life-Balance und einem inkludierenden, offenen Miteinander.
Unsere Interessensfelder sind vielfältig: Musik, Lesen, Sprachen lernen, Filme gucken, regenerative Energien, Astronomie, Naturwissenschaften, Gärtnern, internationale Küche, Nähen sowie analoge und digitale Spiele. Ein Mitbewohner spielt leidenschaftlich gern Tischtennis.
Das Putzen der Gemeinschaftsbereiche stimmen wir appbasiert untereinander ab.

We, the three current roommates, identify with a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, a good work-life balance, and an inclusive, open-minded community.
Our areas of interest are diverse: music, reading, learning languages, watching movies, renewable energy, astronomy, natural sciences, gardening, international cuisine, sewing, as well as analog and digital games. One of our roommates is passionate about playing table tennis.
We coordinate the cleaning of the shared areas via an app.

Die Mitbewohner:innen gehen unterschiedliche Aktivitäten nach. Zurzeit sind wir hauptsächlich Studierende. Sehr gerne nehmen wir eine Person in die WG auf, die gerade studiert, ihre Ausbildung macht, ihr Auslandssemester absolviert, einen Deutschkurs besucht oder einfach ihre neue Stelle antritt.
Gemeinsame Unternehmungen oder Freizeitaktivitäten wie z.B. Fahrrad fahren, gemeinsames Kochen und Backen oder Spieleabende sind immer als Angebot zu verstehen, niemals ein Muss. Zur sportlichen Betätigung gibt es eine große Tischtennisplatte.
Sonnige Tage und lange Sommerabende können gemütlich im Garten oder auf der Terrasse verbracht werden.

The roommates engage in different activities. Currently, we are mainly students. We are happy to welcome someone to the flatshare who is studying, completing an apprenticeship, doing a semester abroad, attending a German course, or starting a new job.
Shared activities or leisure pursuits, such as cycling, cooking and baking together, or game nights, are always offered as an option, never as a requirement. For physical activity, there is a large table tennis table.
Sunny days and long summer evenings can be spent relaxing in the garden or on the terrace.
