Das Zimmer ist ca. 12qm groß und sehr hell, weil es große Fenster hat. Die Wohnung liegt im 4.Stock und ist leider nicht barrierefrei, da wir keinen Aufzug im Haus haben. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Bett, zwei Schränken, einem Bücherschrank, einem Sessel und einem Spiegel.

The room is about 12qm and very light, because you have two big windows. The apartment is in the 4th floor and unfortunately not barrier-free, because there is no lift in the house. The room is equipped with bed, two small wardrobes, a mirror and a bookcase.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral gelegen in Hamburg-Mitte. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel Stadthausbrücke (S-Bahn) und Gänsemarkt (U-Bahn) sind alle in max. 5 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen den Stadtteilen St.Pauli und St.Georg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Edeka und ein wöchentlicher Markt) sind gleich ums Eck. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend. Es ist nur zwei Stationen vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.

The apartment is located in the center of Hamburg (Neustadt). Public transportation Stadthausbrücke (S-Bahn) and Gänsemarkt (U-Bahn) are all reachable within max. 5 minutes walking. The apartment is located between the neighborhoods St.Pauli and St. Georg. Supermarkets (Penny, Edeka and a weekly market) are right next to the apartment. It's a quiet area. It's only two stations away from central station.
Die Wohnung würdest du dir mit Winda teilen: Sie arbeitet als Krankenschwester im UKE. Sie kommt aus Indonesien und kocht hervorragend (meistens mit Brokkoli:)). Sie ist einer der liebenswürdigsten Menschen, die ich je kennengelernt habe. Sie treibt Sport, schaut gerne Filme, du kannst super mit ihr reden, ausgehen, spazieren gehen und neue Orte entdecken. Mein Zimmer wird frei, da ich drei Monate ins Ausland gehe. Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Es ist klein, aber fein und schön hell. Der Mietpreis (inkl. Nebenkosten) liegt bei 600€. Ich würde gern eine Kaution von etwa 600 € nehmen, aber darüber lässt sich sprechen.

You would share the flat with Winda: she works as a nurse at UKE hospital. She is from Indonesia and cooks deliciously (mostly things with broccoli :)). She is one of the most lovable people, I've ever met. She does sports, loves watching movies, you can have amazing talks with her, go out, go for walks and discover new places. My room is free because I am leaving Hamburg for three months. The room is furnished. It's small but very cute and light. The rent incl. all extra costs is 600,-. I would like to ask for a deposit of 600,- but let's talk about it.
Wir würden bei Interesse gern einen Termin zur Besichtigung und / oder Call Ende nächster Woche (Donnerstag bis Sonntag) vereinbaren.
Die Wohnung ist frei ab Sonntag, 06. April 2025 (die erste Aprilwoche muss ich aufgrund der Arbeit noch in Hamburg bleiben). Da du im April eine Woche kürzer in der Wohnung wohnst, kann ich dir mit dem Mietpreis für diesen Monat entgegenkommen.
Das Zimmer ist befristet bis Ende September (2025). Allerdings besteht die Möglichkeit zur Übernahme eines Zimmers. Dazu mehr im persönlichen Gespräch ;)
Wenn du noch nicht in Hamburg bist, können wir auch einen ZOOM-Call machen.

We would like to arrange an appointment for visiting and / or a call for the end of next week (Thursday to Sunday).
The room is free from Sunday, the 06th of April (I have to stay the first week of April in Hamburg due to work). Since you rent the apartment one week less in April, we can arrange the renting price for this month.
We have a fixed-term contract until end of September (2025). However, there is the option for taking over a room in the apartment. More on that in a personal exchange ;)
In case you are not in Hamburg yet, we can have a ZOOM-call.
