Das Zimmer geht in den Innenhof und bekommt tagsüber viel Licht. Siehe Bilder.
Das Sofa hat eine Schlaffunktion, da liegt mittlerweile noch ein Futonbett drauf.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt etwa 56 qm und befindet sich im 4 Obergeschoss. Drüber ist ein Trockenboden, da kann man Wäsche trocknen und Sport machen. Direkt vor dem Haus ist ein Penny, Willy Reiherstiegviertel in 15 min Fußweg übern Deich, S Elbbrücken und S Veddel je 8 min Fußweg, 3 Stationen bis zum Hauptbahnhof
Moin! Zimmer in meiner süßen Wohnung auf der Veddel frei, ab März. Ich selbst bin die meiste Zeit in Berlin, im anderen Zimmer lebt mein lieber Mitbewohner Alain, der ist richtig super. Nicht so richtig laute Partywg aufgrund leicht überdurchschnittlicher Geräuschempfindlichkeit der Nachbarn unter uns.
