10 qm Zimmer zwischen Pauli und Feldstrasse/Schanze in kleiner EG Wohnung mit kleiner Wohnküche und Garten. Waschmaschine, alles was maus im Alltag an basics braucht ist da. Lage ist ruhig da Innenhof, aber die Wohnung selbst ist etwas hellhörig.
Zimmer ist ab sofort frei. Spätestens Einzug im Oktober.

Rindermarkthalle (mit Aldi, Budni, Apo etc.),U Feldstrasse und S Reeperbahn, Wohlerspark ca. 10 min zu Fuß
Solidarisches und gleichzeitig entspanntes miteinander, gute Kommunikation, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sind mir wichtig so wie ein grundlegendes Sauberkeitsgefühl. PS: Mit der WG kommt auch ein süßer Kater.
Leider ist Meldung in der WG nicht möglich (aus Gründen). Aber vielleicht findet sich anderweitig eine Lösung falls du darauf angewiesen bist und sich das sonst stimmig anhört.
