Dein neues Reich ist zwar das kleinste, aber dafür umso gemütlicher. Unmöbliert und rechteckig geschnitten, bietet es Platz für individuelle Gestaltungsideen. Es ist ab sofort verfügbar und öffnet den Blick Richtung Reeperbahn und dem berühmten Lucullus. Vor dem Fenster steht ein großer grüner Baum.
Our apartment is located in the heart of St. Pauli. Burger King and two kiosks are right next door, with supermarkets (Penny, Aldi, Edeka, Rewe) just a short walk away. Public transport is incredibly convenient, with the Reeperbahn S-Bahn station (S1, S2, S3) and several bus lines (16, 111, 112) right at the doorstep, while the U3 St. Pauli station is only a five-minute walk away.
From Thursday to Sunday, the vibrant nightlife adds to the atmosphere, while weekdays are quiet and cozy. Thanks to the central location, Hamburg’s most popular nightlife spots are easily accessible. The Elbe River and the charming neighborhoods south of it are also just a short trip away.

Unsere Wohnung liegt mitten im Herzen von St. Pauli. Burger King und zwei Kioske sind direkt nebenan, Supermärkte (Penny, Aldi, Edeka, Rewe) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (S-Bahn-Reeperbahn (S1, S2, S3) und Bus (16,111,112)) halten direkt vor der Tür, die U3 - St Pauli ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Von Donnerstag bis Sonntag begleitet uns das lebendige Treiben des Nachtlebens, unter der Woche ist es ruhig und gemütlich. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht ein schnelles Erreichen der beliebtesten Ausgehviertel.
Auch die Elbe und und unsere schönen Stadtteile südlich der Elbe sind von hier aus in kürze zu erreichen.
We’re Julia (34), Hannah (23), and Johannes (30) – a chill, easygoing trio who love good vibes and great company. We all have our own thing going on work-wise, but at home, we keep it spontaneous, communicative, and relaxed. Everyone should feel completely at ease here—whether you’re up for socializing or just want to close your door and unwind.
Our big, cozy kitchen is the heart of the WG, where we cook together, share meals, have deep talks, or just sip on a drink to end the day right. But the fun doesn’t stop there—our living room is where we kick back, hang out, and throw the occasional little party. And when the energy is right, we love hitting the town or grabbing a drink together.

Wir sind Julia (34), Hannah (23) und Johannes (30) – ein entspanntes, herzliches Trio mit Lust auf gute Vibes und nette Gesellschaft. Jeder von uns hat seinen eigenen Alltag, aber zu Hause mögen wir es spontan, kommunikativ und locker. Jeder soll sich hier rundum wohlfühlen – egal, ob du Lust auf Gesellschaft hast oder einfach mal die Tür hinter dir schließen möchtest.
Unsere große, gemütliche Wohnküche ist das Herz der WG – hier wird gemeinsam gekocht, gegessen, gequatscht oder mit einem Drink entspannt. Aber auch unser Wohnzimmer ist ein echter Wohlfühlort, wo wir gerne zusammen abhängen und ab und zu eine kleine Party schmeißen. Und wenn uns die Stimmung packt, ziehen wir gemeinsam um die Häuser oder gönnen uns ein paar Drinks.
We eat a mainly vegetarian diet. We are clean and tidy, but by no means fussy. The communal areas are cleaned by Juli (included in the rent). We're actually quite relaxed about everything and you can talk about anything. For example, we sometimes smoke in the living room, but as soon as someone is bothered by it, we go out onto the balcony. :) A few times a year we also have wild flat share parties with lots of guests, the next one is already being planned. 👻

Wir ernähren uns hauptsächlich vegetarisch. Wir sind sauber und ordentlich, aber keinesfalls penibel. Die Gemeinschaftsräume werden von Juli gesäubert (in der Miete inkludiert). Eigentlich handhaben wir alles recht entspannt und man kann über alles reden. Wie zum Beispiel, dass wir manchmal im Wohnzimmer rauchen, aber sobald sich eine Person daran stört, gehen wir auf den Balkon. :) Ein paar mal im Jahr feiern wir auch wilde WG-Partys mit vielen Gästen, die nächste ist schon in Planung. 👻
