Die Wohnung liegt in der Fußgängezone von Hamm in der Bahnhofstr. in unmittelbarer Nähe zur SRH Hochschule und zum Bahnhof. Im Bahnhof gibt es mehrere Bäckereien und ein Einkaufsgeschäft. In der Fußgängerzone sind viele Cafes, Kneipen und Restaurants zu finden.
