Es wird ein schönes helles WG-Zimmer (12m²) mit Südlage ab dem 01.03.2025 bis 30.04.2025 (mit Verlängerungsoption!) für eine Person vermietet. Der hälftige Anteil der gemeinsamen Räume beträgt weitere 12m². Dir stehen also insgesamt 24 m² zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem großen Bett mit einem Schreibtisch und Sessel, mit einem Schrank und hat auch einen eigenen Telefon- und Internetanschluss. Die kostenlose Mitbenutzung von Haushaltsgeräten ist auch möglich. Waschmaschine, Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

A beautiful, bright shared room (12m²) facing south will be rented for 2 months or longer (extension possible). Half of the common rooms are another 12m². So you have a total of 24m² available. The room is furnished with a large bed a desk and armchair, a closet and also has its own telephone connection. The free use of household appliances is also possible. Washing machine and dryer are also available.

Das Waldviert in Hanau Großauheim ist bekannt für seine ruhige fast schon ländliche Lage. Das WG-Zimmer schaut auf Familienhäuser und der Wald ist nur 150 m entfernt. Also es ist ein Zimmer für Leute die Ruhe und Naturnähe mögen. Parken kann man bequem vor dem Haus. Die Bushaltestelle (Vosswaldestrasse) ist etwa 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es befinden sich kleinere Läden in der Nähe, Aldi und Co. ist aber mit dem Auto etwa in 5 Min zu erreichen.

The Waldviert in Hanau Großauheim is known for its quiet, almost rural location. The shared room looks out onto family houses and the forest is only 150 m away. So it's a room for people who like peace and closeness to nature. You can easily park in front of the house. The bus stop (Vosswaldestrasse) is about 5 minutes away on foot. There are smaller shops nearby, but Aldi and Co. can be reached in about 5 minutes by car.

A roommate (male, 30) currently lives in the apartment. He is friendly, calm and clean.

Der ideale Mieter(die idealen Mieter) arbeitet (bitte keine Arbeitslose!)vom Montag bis Freitag und schläft gerne in der Nacht.
Eine WLAN-Verbindung ist vorhanden aber das Zimmer hat auch einen eigenen Telefonanschluss falls gewünscht. Auf Wunsch kann ich auch Zugang zu Amazon Prime anbieten (derzeit 4 €/Monat). Die Mitbenutzung der Haushaltsgeräte ist kostenlos und wird freiwillig von mir angeboten.
